Agree questions, intended users and scope.
Confirm design, sampling and delivery responsibilities.
Prepare instruments, translate and pilot.
Run fieldwork with daily review and issue escalation.
Process, validate and interpret the evidence.
Deliver findings, documentation and an agreed handover.
Project roles are assigned per study: research lead, field coordination and data/quality lead. These describe responsibilities, not a named team or headcount.
New questions beyond the agreed scope are handled through a separately agreed extension, with an updated budget and timetable.
