ZEVENAR SK s.r.o.

Methodology

Useful media intelligence is traceable, consistent and explicit about uncertainty. Our proposed workflow connects a documented brief, editorial checks and interpretable measures to a decision-focused handover.

ZEVENAR SK s.r.o. presents monitoring and analytical assignments for European and selected international media environments. The brief defines the sources, language review and practical reporting requirements for each project.

Define the brief

Record the decision to support, readers, organisations, topics, exclusions, period and delivery. Review ambiguous names and agree sample matches before regular work starts.

Establish the source universe

Document available publications, channels, countries and languages. Record licensing and historical-access limits; a source list is reviewed when availability changes.

Review and deduplicate

Check whether each item meets the brief. Group repeated coverage while retaining its distribution trail; distinguish one original story from its later copies.

Code and assess

Apply documented topic, message and editorial-tone categories. Human review checks ambiguity, irony, translated material and items that could change the report's conclusions.

Measure with context

State the denominator for share of voice and the basis of any reach estimate. Potential audience is not confirmed readership; publicity alone does not prove a business outcome. Advertising value equivalents are not evidence of effectiveness.

Deliver and correct

Separate observations from interpretation, show source references and record uncertainty. A correction request identifies the report, item and supporting source so the relevant finding can be reviewed.

Engagement options

Pilot assignment

Test the watchlist, source availability and useful report format on a bounded period before agreeing continuation.

Recurring monitoring

Agree the reporting cycle, inclusion rules, delivery recipients and periodic review of the brief.

Custom international project

Define countries, language review, local contributions and the consolidated reporting method in one project scope.

Questions before commissioning

How do we start?

Define a question and a source scope, review a pilot selection and agree the output before a recurring assignment.

Does website access include a live monitoring platform?

These pages provide service information and illustrative resources. An authenticated monitoring workspace or automated alert feed requires a separately available, tested service.

Can we obtain full articles and recordings?

Only when the applicable access and redistribution rights permit it and the proposal includes that delivery.

How is an error corrected?

Send the report reference, affected item and a supporting source to the company's contact address. The finding and any affected conclusions can then be reviewed.
